Crib Goch and the Snowdon Horseshoe
A challenging day, crossing Crib Goch (the knife edge) and including Garnedd Ugain, Snowdon and Y Lliwedd.
It is not for beginners or for the faint hearted and we only take those who have good scrambling experience and a head for heights.
PLEASE NOTE: We work on a ratio of one guide to a maximum of three people on Crib Goch.
The walk will only be tackled when the weather conditions are good.
(We can provide a guided walk up Crib Goch and descent by another path rather than doing the full Horseshoe.)

The Snowdon Horseshoe is a ridge walk and quite a challenge as it includes the famous traverse of Crib Goch's arête. It is not a walk for those with little experience and our guides will only take people when the weather is clear and calm. The guide's decision is final, whether to start the walk or indeed turn back if conditions should change.
Please remember, you should ensure you are well equipped with good footwear, adequate food and drinks plus clothing to cater for worsening weather conditions which could come upon you very quickly if you haven't fully prepared. (Treat the mountain with respect, remember you are climbing 3560 feet to the summit.)
